A copy of our Booking Form and terms and conditions of booking, together with guidance on completing the form, can be downloaded here. The form can be downloaded safely in the knowledge that it was produced on a virus free computer and is stored on a server with advanced virus protection. It has been produced in Microsoft Word for ease of copying, emailing to friends as an attachment, and printing. Before completing this form, please ensure that you have to checked with us the availability of the holiday date and the accommodation you require i.e. shared or single rooms.

Please note that for group bookings, all guests should complete and sign a booking form to acknowledge their acceptance of the terms and conditions of booking. There is space on the form for two entries and, for larger groups, additional copies can be printed off or photocopied. On completion of the booking forms, they should be sent to the address provided on the form together with a cheque for the deposit or the full fee. Deposits For one week and 5 nights holidays a deposit of £100 is required with the balance due no later than 10 weeks before the holiday date. Full fees Required for all 3 and 4 night breaks on booking. Required for all 5 night and one week holidays booked less than 10 weeks before the holiday date We also accept payment by direct bank transfer. Guests who wish to pay by this method will be provided with the relevant IBAN transfer number and receiving BIC code of our bank on receipt of their booking form.
